• Shopify Inc. (Canada) – stores & processes orders

• PayPal / Stripe – payment (PCI-DSS compliant)

• Mailchimp – newsletters (double opt-in)

• Google Analytics – anonymous traffic
  All are PIPEDA/GDPR-ready and signed DPAs with us.

4. Canada’s Anti-Spam Law (CASL)

• Every marketing email has one-click unsubscribe.

• We only mail you if you explicitly tick “Yes, send me spy-thriller news”.

• Transactional emails (order confirmations) are always sent.
