Odessa War Reality and Suffering: A Plea for Understanding and Support

Will you allow me to be completely honest? Because of this war, everything is getting worse and worse every day. That’s not an exaggeration—it is Odessa's war reality and it's suffering. It’s not what they show on TV or what happened decades ago. It’s happening now, to us, to Odessa, to an entire country that once thrived in peace.
The past week alone has been devastating. Russian drone attacks struck residential areas, leaving buildings in ruins and families displaced. I see children forced to grow up too fast, elders struggling to find warmth in homes without windows, and rescue teams working tirelessly to pull survivors from the rubble. It’s life-changing. Everything has been turned upside down, and no one is untouched by the suffering.
I have become so vulnerable. That is why I ask for your support—not just for me, but for all of us. For the people of Odessa, who refuse to let this war extinguish their spirit. Despite the fear, my love for my country, my people, and our future does not fade.
Please, accept these words, because they are real. No matter how dark it gets, love and hope are our only paths to healing. Stop the war.
